Today's Equine Presents:
Western dressage with Kyle Keller a competitor and professional member of WDAA and NAWD. Kyle is also a proud graduate of the "Train The Trainer's" clinic through the Western Dressage Association of America.
This is the second step in learning, training, and competing in Western Dressage. During the clinic horse and rider warm ups, balanced and rhythmic riding, improving your horse's movements, geometry, and patterns will be covered. Riders will be welcome to ride a test, which can also be recorded for viewing after the clinic. At the end of the clinic comments from the day and scores from the test will be covered in a group or private setting.
Schedule/Outline for the clinic:
11am-11:30am Introductions, horse/rider warm ups
11:30am-1:30pm Balanced and rhythmic riding, improving your horse's gaits
2pm-4pm Geometry, patterns, tests, comments/scores
Clinic will be held rain or shine. There is an indoor arena at this facility. *We've added to and soften our footing in the indoor arena!
Lunch and printed tests will be included.
Riders are encouraged to bring their own horse or one can be provided for you. Auditors are welcome, but riders in the clinic will receive individual attention.
